Refunds are given only if the wrong product is shipped. Echanges will be issued if the product was damaged in shipping or defective in production. You are welcome to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order. Please allow five (5) business days for refund processing. Refunds are also subject to a small 10 percent processing fee of the cost of the product ordered.

All services and goods provided and sold by higherliving.org by means of electronic download to customers shall not be refunded. Higher Living, at its sole discretion, may allow refunds in the event that a download is unsuccessful. The refund request must be sent to our Order Department at email@example.com citing the reasons for the inability to download. We require an opportunity to work with our customers to solve the problem with their download prior to considering any refunds. Where refunds are approved for completed electronic downloads, the credit will be issued to the same credit card used for processing the transaction. Electronic download refunds are subject to a small processing fee of $.75 cents.
Higher Living will only accept returns for CDs and DVDs returned due to damage received via the shipping process. Defects occurring during production, are The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of CDs and DVDs. , unless otherwise authorized by childcare.net. All CD returns are subject to approval by our Order Department. (Make sure that you include your original invoice).
