The Road To Christian Discipleship

Discipleship is a fundamental principal in the Kingdom of God. The mandate at Higher Living is to grow members into disciples.  What does that mean as a new member to Higher Living?

God has led you to our local congregation and now the goal is for you to grow in the Word of God and begin spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to others.  We have a recommended course curriculum that will equip and prepare you to be the disciple God has ordained all of us to be.

After you take your new members orientation class session (offered every second Sunday from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. at the Mt. Carmel campus) there are several classes that will start you on your road to Christian Discipleship.

We recommend that you begin the journey by registering for the MasterLife Discipleship class series (Disciple’s Cross, Personality, Victory and Mission). 
After your two-year journey through the MasterLife Series we recommend our classes on Prayer, Evangelism and Forgiveness.

(Kingdom Order, Empowerment, Youth Development and Salvation) as they are two critical pieces to becoming strong disciples in the body of Christ at HLCC.
