New Members Care Callers
This new ministry seeks to sustain personal loving contact in a growing body of believers. Caring participants are responsible for contacting the entire body on a periodic basis (growing to monthly contact) by phone. Following the outline of a script, they are to inquire about the following three items: 1. How are you doing? 2. Do you have any prayer requests? 3. Is there anything you’d like for us to report to Pastor Landers or a staff member?
PARTICIPANT QUALIFICATIONS
Participants in this ministry should strive for a warm and inviting personality, have a genuine compassion for the well-being of others, possess good phone etiquette skills, complete C.L.A.S.S. 301, have a minimal amount of organizational skills, and understand and demonstrate confidentiality.
Age: Mature Adults
