New Members Ministry Consultants
We exist to serve the new members by helping the member understand all of HLCC Ministry Listing. It is a one-on-one ministry consulting by examining the member gifting areas. The interviews are conduct at the church at either HLCC Mt. Zion or Mt. Carmel Campus with an one-on-one ministry consultant. It allows the individual identify all their spiritual gifts with an S.H.A.P.E Interview. By examining, the new members Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences. It helps the member to determine the unique way God intends for us to serve Him.
Participant Qualifications
We seek individuals who are committed, dedicated and possess the heart of a willing servant with previous experience in spiritual or guidance counselor. It is helpful if you are a self starter and able to work with minor supervision. Confidentiality is a must and membership classes must be completed. You will receive onsite training before becoming a new members ministry consultants.
Age: 18 and Up Must be able to work without direct supervision
